Glen has more than 25 years’ experience leading investor relations and corporate communications, programs. He has advised senior leaders, Boards of Directors, and communications and IR teams on communicating effectively with Wall Street and other critical stakeholders. This includes helping clients successfully manage earnings and news announcements, as well as navigating major corporate events, including mergers, acquisitions, shareholder activism, executive succession, and crises of all types.

Glen has extensive experience working for global communications agencies on a range of communications and investor relations issues. He served as board member and president of the NIRI DFW chapter for more than 10 years and earned a BBA in finance from Texas A&M.

Glen has counseled dozens of companies including, Texas Instruments, Ericsson, Darling Ingredients, Baker Hughes, PG&E, Dow, TXU, Yukos, The Home Depot, Hawker Beechcraft, Fiesta Restaurant Group, C&J Energy Services, Buckeye Partners, EZPAWN, and others.
